CHEESE/Deep MedChem at ACS Spring 2025!

We are thrilled to announce our attendance at ACS Spring 2025 in San Diego from March 24–27. CEO Jan Macek and CTO Miroslav Lžičař will be there, and we invite fellow scientists, industry leaders, and collaborators to connect.

Catch our talk on Tuesday, March 25 at 4:25–4:45 PM PST, where we will present the CHEESE platform: similarity-based virtual screening (CHEESE Search), predictive modeling (CHEESE Modeller), rapid charge distribution estimation (CHEESE Electrostatics), and molecular database visualization (CHEESE Explorer).

We are developing a new visualization capability that maps tens of millions of molecules using UMAP in 2D representation. This technique removes the scaling limitation, enabling the visualization of millions of molecular embeddings for large-scale chemical space exploration.

The current version of CHEESE Explorer handles up to 100K points. We are keen for user feedback as we push toward larger scales.
