Unlocking DEL Screening Data with CHEESE
Each DEL screen generates hundreds of thousands of molecular data points. Traditionally, converting these findings into a focused, purchasable diversity set for follow-up experiments has required weeks of manual curation.
CHEESE Search streamlines this workflow, completing the process in minutes. The platform integrates DEL results with protein-specific predictive models to identify vendor-available analogs showing high predicted affinity. The system connects to trusted vendors including Enamine, eMolecules, Chemspace, and Aurigene, providing access to 40 billion molecules.
3D Shape Alignment Demo
We launched a Shape Alignment Demo enabling users to visualize how conformers from different molecules align in three dimensions. The demonstration compares results from CHEESE 3D Shape and Morgan Fingerprints similarity searches. We are exploring this as a next-generation 3D interface for CHEESE Search.
